What is included in the Party Bear kit?
Your choice of bear, stuffing, heart and birth certificate are included with the kit.
What size are the bears?
The bears are all approximately 16’ (around 40cm from head to toe)
Do all the clothes fit all the bears?
Yes, all the outfits and accessories will fit all the bears. Some animals do not lend themselves to certain accessories though – for example you can’t put shoes on a shark!
They are also compatible with 16’ bears from other well known stores.
Are the bears suitable for all ages?
The bears are suitable for children (or adults!) from 3 years and older. Unfortunately they are not suitable for children under 3.
Are the bears and clothes safe?
Yes, our products carry the EN-71 safety approval certification test for Europe.
What happens if I want to change my order after placing it online?
Please contact us as soon as possible at team@partybearcompany.co.uk or 01928 249692 and we will try to help. If the order has not been despatched, we may be able to change it for you.
Do I have to sew up the bear?
No, our bears are no sew! The bears have a ‘pocket’ through which the bear is stuffed, then this is sealed with a zip-tie closure, trimmed and everything is pushed back into the body of the bear and the outer is then closed with Velcro tape. Can you send ‘Next Day’ delivery?
We always try to send out your orders as soon as possible and aim to have your order with you within 3-5 working days of you placing your order. If you need a quicker service please phone us between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday and we will try to help.
Are your orders tracked?
We send out orders via Royal Mail Tracked or by courier. We will advise you of the tracking number by email. Please note Royal Mail delivery Monday to Saturday.
What happens if the bears I have ordered go out of stock?
We will contact you with an alternative bear option, or we can advise of a new expected delivery date, or you may cancel the order and we will refund in line with our terms and conditions.
What do I do if there is a problem with my delivery?
Please contact us as soon as the issue is apparent and provide pictures in the case of damaged or faulty items.

Where do you deliver to?
We only deliver to UK addresses in line with our Terms and Conditions. Delivery to the following ‘non-mainland’ UK addresses may take longer than the 3-5 working days we aim for and expedited delivery may not be available for these areas:

- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Isle of Man
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Wight
- Isles of Scilly
